Frequently asked
The questions injectors ask first.
Anything specific to your license, your state, or your practice is best answered directly — Lauren replies to inquiries herself.
Licensed medical professionals who inject, or are preparing to inject, within their state's scope of practice. Bring your credential and state to the inquiry so Lauren can confirm what she is able to teach you.
No. Lauren trains novice, intermediate, and advanced injectors, and the day is built around whichever you are. A provider who has never injected gets foundational anatomy, consultation, and technique. A provider with five years of toxin experience who wants to start biostimulators gets something entirely different.
Being honest about your level in the intake is the single most useful thing you can do — nobody is being graded.
Shadow days, one-to-one training, small-group training, customized four, six, or eight hour sessions — at Lauren's Lexington facility or at your own practice — training for a whole team, and ongoing mentorship. Hands-on and didactic components are both available, and most days combine them.
Customized sessions run four, six, or eight hours. Shorter sessions suit a focused goal — one modality, or a specific technique you want corrected. A full day suits a broader remit, a new modality from the ground up, or a small group where everyone needs hands-on time.
Shadow days follow the clinical schedule for the day.
Lauren is based in Lexington, Kentucky, and trains providers from Lexington, Louisville, Cincinnati, and across the surrounding region — roughly a six-hour drive.
Training is held at her Lexington facility or on site at your own practice. Mention your location in the inquiry and Lauren will tell you what on-site involves.
Pricing depends on format, length, group size, and travel, so it is quoted directly rather than listed. Send the inquiry with what you have in mind and Lauren will come back with current pricing for that specific plan.
This is arranged per session and confirmed before the day, because it changes with the format, the location, and what you are training on. Raise it in your inquiry and Lauren will tell you exactly what is provided and what you would bring.
Yes. Built on real-world case discussion with an emphasis on safety, it covers prevention and management of common neurotoxin adverse events; filler-related vascular complications, including arterial occlusion, venous occlusion, and compression injuries; biostimulator and filler nodules; and treatment protocols for filler-related infections. You leave with step-by-step management algorithms for your own in-office protocol.
It can be a standalone session or a component of a longer day.
No. Lauren has been national faculty for Galderma GAIN for over seven years, and that experience shapes how she teaches — but LM Aesthetics training is her own independent program, built around your goals rather than a manufacturer's curriculum.
The training is built around capability rather than paperwork. If you need documentation for an employer, a credentialing file, or a supervising physician, say so in your inquiry and Lauren will confirm what she can provide for your session.
Ongoing mentorship exists for exactly the cases that show up once you are back in your own room — a plan you want a second opinion on, a result that did not go as expected, or a complication you are actively managing.
Send the training inquiry. It takes a couple of minutes and covers your credential, what you inject now, what you want to learn, and roughly when you are hoping to train. Lauren reads every one herself and replies with a proposed plan and current pricing.
