Training Designed Around Your Skill Level

Every session starts with where you actually are — what you inject now, what you avoid, and the cases that still make you hesitate. The plan gets built after that conversation, not before it.

Neurotoxins

Safe, effective neuromodulator technique (Botox, Dysport, and the newer toxins) with a focus on precision, dosing judgment, and results that still move like a face.

  • Treatment planning by muscle, not by pattern
  • Dosing for longevity and natural movement
  • Upper face, lower face, and advanced areas
  • Reading asymmetry and correcting it

Dermal Fillers

Advanced filler technique for natural, balanced, confidence-building outcomes — anchored in the anatomy that tells you when not to inject.

  • Facial assessment and full-face planning
  • Product selection by tissue plane
  • Cannula and needle technique
  • Vascular anatomy and complication prevention

Biostimulators & Regenerative

Sculptra, Radiesse, PRP, PRF and PDGF — the collagen side of aesthetics, sequenced in the right order for the right patient.

  • Dilution, reconstitution, and timing
  • Layering biostimulators with filler
  • PRP, PRF, and PDGF protocols
  • Setting expectations across a series

The person teaching you still injects every week.

Lauren Meade is a PA-C with more than thirteen years in plastic surgery and medical aesthetics. She began in plastic surgery, and she is now the lead injector at CaloSpa Rejuvenation Center in Lexington — which means the techniques she teaches on Saturday are the ones she used on Thursday.

For the last seven-plus years she has also trained injectors nationally through Galderma GAIN, and has led more than three hundred trainings for providers at every level. She teaches the way she practices: assessment first, anatomy always, and a clear reason behind every unit and every milliliter.

How a training day comes together

  1. Tell her where you are

A short intake covers your credential, what you inject now, and the cases you want to handle better. Nothing generic gets planned.

  2. She builds the day

Format, length, and content are set around your goals — four, six, or eight hours; one-to-one, small group, or your whole team on site.

  3. You inject, she corrects

Hands-on work with real-time correction, and the anatomy and reasoning behind every adjustment explained as it happens.

  4. The line stays open

Ongoing mentorship is available for the cases that show up after you are back in your own room.

Raising the floor for aesthetic medicine in Kentucky

Lauren is a founder and co-director of KAMAP, the Kentucky Association of Medical Aesthetic Providers. KAMAP exists to support providers through education, advocacy, peer-to-peer connection, and shared clinical safety resources.

That work sits behind everything taught here. Aesthetic medicine deserves to be treated as a serious specialty with real standards — and the providers practicing inside it deserve real support.

“Great results start with good technique, continued education, and a commitment to doing things the right way.”

Who trains with Lauren

Licensed providers
Physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses who inject, or are preparing to inject, within their state's scope of practice. Training is for credentialed providers only.
Every stage

New injectors who want foundational confidence before they touch a patient. Intermediate injectors who want better structure behind technique they already have. Advanced providers who want complication management, regenerative protocols, and full-face strategy.

Practices and teams
Private and small-group training for an entire team, so a practice injects to one standard instead of four.
Where
Based in Lexington, Kentucky, and training providers from Lexington, Louisville, Cincinnati, and across the region — roughly a six-hour drive.

Ready to build safer, more confident injectable skills?

Tell Lauren what you inject now and what you want to be able to do. Lauren reviews every inquiry and replies with a plan, not a brochure.
